  • Client had a UX team, but needed a researcher dedicated to the project who could facilitate all research activities for a soup-to-nuts website redesign with user research throughout

  • Conducted in-person stakeholder workshops to ensure we heard the voices and needs of the myriad project stakeholders

  • Interviewed patients and providers to understand their primary needs and how an updated website could best support them

  • Performed a series of tree studies to iterate on and refine the updated information architecture and website navigation

  • Facilitated usability study sessions with patients and providers to uncover actionable design recommendations for the prototype and final design
