Training Services

Dan provides training that enables your team to conduct insightful and meaningful user experience research. If you have a group of six or more people who would like UX research training, Dan will customize the training to your needs. Group training can be delivered remotely or in-person.

Moderation Critique

For $300, Dan will provide an actionable critique of your interview facilitation based on a one-hour video of you moderating a one-on-one interview.

For $500, Dan will go through two rounds of critique; after you’ve had an opportunity to adjust your moderation from the initial video, he’ll will review a second hour of your moderation and offer an updated critique.

All study information will remain confidential and I’m happy to sign an NDA, since research material is often proprietary.
